Directions: Mix 1 measure of Instant Soya Dosa Mix with 1/4 measure of water into a smooth batter. Set aside for 10 mins. Spread on small cup batter on heated tava. Add a spoonful of ghee or oil and fry on both sides. Rub the tava gently with a damp cloth, cool the surface. Repeat the above step.
