What is Foodzu.com?
Foodzu.com is an online marketplace where sellers sells their food products and as customers you buy them. Foodzu.com facilitates sellers to sell, collect payment on behalf of sellers and delivers the products to customers.
We are not like other food ordering websites, we hunt for the best vendors and also deliver food at your doorstep deliciously hot.
Customers can create an account for themselves in the site, view products, buy them, leave feedback.
India is known for its food, Indian food is world famous. Every state in India has its unique cuisine, we help to bring food from different parts of India closer to you. You can order your favorite food and get it delivered on time.

Do you make all of this wonderful food?
No, we don't do the cooking. We leave that to the experts, our network of local restaurants, Home Chefs, caterers and chefs, representing the best of all manner of cuisines and food types
Registering with Foodzu
Why do I have to register before I can shop?
First and foremost, we need to make sure we deliver to your area. That's why your pincode is one of the first things we check.
Also, registering helps us work out stock and delivery info. That way, when you're shopping with us, you'll only ever see the products that are available.

How do I know if you deliver to my area?
When you register with us, we'll automatically check your pincode to see if we deliver to your area.
Why don't you deliver to my area?
We don't deliver to the whole of the Bangalore yet, but we're constantly expanding our delivery areas so we may be soon. If you leave us your details, we'll notify you when we do.
Which cities are we currently operational in?
As of now we cater to only Bangalore city, but we will soon expand to other cities in India.
Payment & Delivery
What is the minimum order value?
For a delivery, there's a minimum order value of Rs 300.
Is there a delivery charge?
For all orders of Rs 300 and more there is no delivery charge, but for orders less than Rs 300, delivery charge of Rs 40 is applicable.
What are the different modes of payment on Foodzu?
You can use any one of the following payment methods:

What are your areas of delivery?
We delivery all over the world. For food items with shelf life of 4 or less days we delivery only within that city, and for all food items with more than 4 days of shelf life and for all other products we delivery all over the world.
Who are your shipping partners?
For delivery within India we use BlueDart and for all international deliveries we use FedEx.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Sellers on Foodzu?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Foodzu. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) are shown clearly in the Checkout page of Foodzu.
Order Change
I won't be home to receive today's delivery, so I'd like to cancel it.
For Fresh cooked foods, your items have already been prepared for you, so you cannot cancel your Fresh cooked foods. For food items with shelf life of 2 or more days and for non-food items, please login to the site and request for cancellation, we will do our best to try to arrange alternate delivery. Please note that we reserve the right for cancellation or re-schedule.
Can I change my order.
For fresh cooked foods, once you place your order it is final. For foods with shelf life more than 2 days and for non-food items you can change your order before it is packaged for delivery.
Returns and Refunds
What is your returns policy for non-perishable products?
If you're not happy with a non-perishable item, we'll gladly refund it - simply contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. You can call us on 41467198 or email [email protected]. We'll go through all your options with you and arrange for your refund and return.
About Catering
Will the vendor bring utensils and paper ware? What about serving spoons and tongs?
We'll make sure you're all set up with whatever you need for a seamless meal experience, including all eating and serving ware, detailed labels and menus.
I need full-service for an event, can your vendors provide that?
Absolutely. We regularly handle events from fruit plates and crudite for a happy hour to multiple staffed, onsite food and drink stations for a gala event. Talk to your account manager about your needs and we'll handle all of the details with our team of top-notch caterers.
Do you take bulk or Party or Corporate orders?
Yes, you can find the best caterer for your party of any size. Just tell us the followings:
